Our products include 3D printed collectibles, educational items, accessories, digital downloads, and other merchandise. Because many items are produced in small batches or made to order, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

2. Product Safety

Some products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazards.

Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate.

Our products are intended for their designed purpose and should not be modified or misused.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect information provided during checkout

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

5. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products, most sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

They may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or uploaded to other websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaos Crew Rescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
