At Chaos Crew Rescue, each item is made or prepared with care. Because our products are custom-made, 3D printed, or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect orders.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly send a replacement or work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.
